- CO2 Resurfacing: A deeper setting for more dramatic results. Ideal for deeper wrinkles, acne scarring, and advanced sun damage while stimulating collagen. Typically requires 1–2 sessions.
Popular pairings include:
- SkinPen + EcoTone: Boosts collagen stimulation and skin smoothing.
- Morpheus8 + EcoTone: Excellent for tightening the stomach, improving stretch marks, and lifting body areas.
Stubborn Fat Under the Chin – PCDC Injections
Fall and Winter are also the best time to tackle submental fat (double chin), thanks to sweater and turtleneck season.
- PCDC Fat Dissolving Injections break down stubborn fat cells that don’t respond to diet or exercise.
- Treatment includes 1–4 ml per session, with most clients completing 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
- Expect swelling for 4–5 days after each treatment.
- Often paired with Morpheus8 (after a few sessions) to tighten loose skin under the chin, jawline, and neck.
- Can also be complemented with CO2 laser or SkinPen microneedling for even more contouring and rejuvenation.
SkinPen Microneedling & Fall Treatment Combos
Another client favorite for Fall is SkinPen Microneedling, especially when combined with advanced regenerative add-ons:
- SkinPen + BioRePeel: Targets sun damage and melasma without heat. This is key since heat-based treatments like CO2 and Morpheus8 can make melasma worse.
- SkinPen + PRP/PRF (“Vampire Facial”): Uses your own plasma, applied topically during microneedling, to stimulate collagen and heal the skin.
- SkinPen + PDGF: Our newest option, using Platelet-Derived Growth Factors that are up to 300,000 times more concentrated than traditional growth factor treatments. Unlike PRP/PRF, there’s no blood draw and results aren’t dependent on your diet or hydration. This can also help with melasma!
These treatments are excellent for acne scars, fine lines, melasma and thinning skin, especially under the eyes!
ZO 3-Step Peel – Post-Summer Skin Reset
Another highly effective Fall option is the ZO 3-Step Peel. Chemical peels are especially beneficial after summer to reverse sun damage, uneven pigmentation, and textural changes. The ZO 3-Step Peel combines exfoliation, retinol stimulation, and antioxidant protection to deeply renew the skin.
Important: Anyone interested in this peel must be on a medical-grade retinol for at least 6 weeks prior to treatment. This is crucial to condition the skin properly and to avoid risks like hyperpigmentation or other complications.

- Tear Trough Filler: While this is an option, 9 out of 10 people who ask for tear trough filler are not ideal candidates. We carefully assess baseline swelling or puffiness, herniated fat pads, and malar edema before recommending filler. In many cases, other treatments — or sometimes no treatment at all — are the safest and most effective approach.
- Surgical Referral: For clients with anatomy that filler or regenerative options cannot safely or effectively correct.
