- Avoid exfoliants, retinols, acids, or other active ingredients for at least 3 days.
- 24–72 hours: focus on hydration, avoid makeup, saunas, hot tubs, sweating, and direct sun.
- Resume normal skincare after 3 days unless otherwise directed.
